Thora Dolven Balke
peopleThora Dolven Balke is a Norwegian artist living between Oslo and Rio de Janeiro. In 2021, Thora and Kristine Jærn Pilgaard established Agder Kunstakademi, an art school inside Agder Fengsel, a high-security prison in Norway. The project is produced by KORO Public Art Norway, the Norwegian funding body for art in public space.
