DIY Plant Ritual

If you want to recalibrate your relationship with the natural world starting by your plants, or if you just need a break and want to slow down a bit, you can now do the DIY Plant Ritual. It can be done in the sole company of a plant. We invite you to share the results on Instagram. Elsewhere on this page you will find some outcomes of the collective version that was celebrated on 22 April 2021.

Some guidelines
Make sure that you have a pen or pencils and paper nearby. You may also want to take some pictures. The video takes about 10 minutes in total, but we advise you to take it in your own tempo by pushing the pause button whenever an assignment is suggested, and play when you’ve finished it. Don’t forget to put on your audio, so that you won’t miss the meditation.

Introductions of the participlants

Participants of the online workshop 'Hello Plant' introduced themselves and their plant in the chat and told about their relationship with their plant. Interested in what they had to say? In these two movies and pdfs you will be introduced to some beautiful creatures and gain some insight in human-non-human relations.
