Onderzoek voor Onderwijsontwikkeling is een academiebreed pilot programma dat ArtEZ docenten de mogelijkheid biedt om een onderzoeksproject te ontwikkelen dat bijdraagt aan hun onderwijsactiviteiten op de academie. Het doel van dit programma is om een stimulerende werkomgeving te creëren voor docenten om hun onderwijsactiviteiten te delen en verdieping in het kunstonderwijs te bevorderen. Met docenten: Sharon Stewart, Helena Basilova, Renske van Dam.
Ten behoeve van deze ontwikkeling organiseren we elke maand een dag voor de docenten om bij elkaar te komen en deel te nemen aan peer feedbacksessies. De peer feedbacksessies worden door de docenten zelf begeleid. Elke docent heeft de opdracht om een peer feedbacksessie te organiseren waarin de ontwikkeling van het onderwijsproject met de andere kandidaten onderzocht en besproken kan worden.

Tijdens de bijeenkomst op 12 december zullen de docenten een presentatie geven over de ontwikkeling van hun onderwijsproject en wat deze verkenning in samenwerking met de andere docenten mogelijk heeft gemaakt. Deze bevindingen en verkennende projecten zullen in overleg op APRIA gepubliceerd worden.


Research for Educational Development is an academy-wide pilot programme that offers ArtEZ teachers the opportunity to develop a research project that contributes to their teaching activities at the academy. The goal of this program is to create a stimulating working environment for lecturers to share their teaching activities and to enhance their work in art education.
To support the work-in-progress, we will organize one full day a month for the teachers to get together and participate in peer feedback sessions. The peer feedback sessions will be facilitated by the teachers themselves. Each teacher is assigned to organize a peer feedback session in which the development of the educational project can be explored and shared with one another. On the last and final meeting all the teachers are invited to give a presentation on the development of their teaching project, and in particular, what this exploration in collaboration with their peers has made possible for them and their teachings. If applicable these exploratory findings and projects can be published on APRIA.
