Malika Soudani

Malika Soudani (1997) is a writer and criminology student at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. She graduated in Creative Writing from ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem in 2021. For her graduation work, she wrote her first collection of poetry, Waar ik een slaapkamer heb gehad. Her work was previously published in DW B, ZINK and on Hard//hoofd. She wrote literature reviews for The Reactor, where she now works as an editor. Since December 2020 she has been writing columns about poetry for Awater and reviewing newly published poetry collections in the Poëziekrant. Besides writing and editing, she teaches writing workshops. In addition to more poetry, Malika hopes to publish a literary cookbook one day.
