Lina Bravo Mora

Lina Bravo Mora was born in Bogotá, Colombia. She has a B.S in Anthropology and a Med in Arts and Education. She works inter-disciplinarily and un-disciplinarily within the art, social sciences, ecology, and education fields. For Lina, art is a practice of care and a means for knowledge construction. She works with storytelling, and with plastic and visual arts, especially ceramics, installation, video, and recently radio. Walking, recognizing, and mapping the territory is a fundamental part of her individual and collective research processes. Her thinking roots in the philosophies of “El Buen Vivir”, decolonial, and feminist thinking. Her main interest is to find paths for the creative construction of Peace cultures.
