Rabiaâ Benlahbib is the founder and director of Creative Court, a The Hague-based initiative developing research-based art and arts-based research and reflecting on global peace and justice. She is also a teacher and tutor at the MA Photography & Society of the Royal Academy of Art (KABK) in The Hague.

For the arts, she envisions a crucial role in imagining different ways of living which stem from notions of sustainability and equality and are able to initiate the mindset that fundamental change requires. As a teacher, she supports artists in finding their own unique voice and exploring questions about collaboration, responsibility, audience, authorship and ownership.
